Whenever I travel, I always return to this cozy place. The staff saved the day by returning my headphones. Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception make it perfect. See you at Christmas! Every amenity covered: flat-screen TV, laundry, hiking, cycling. No pets, no smoking. Love it!

Great location close to the port and city center. Helpful staff, luggage storage, early breakfast, and laundry service.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

Location: the hotel was just off titicaca's lake, lovely boardwalk/malecón, and bus station. We stayed in a reasonably spacious and impeccable room that had TV set and a writing desk: )
Tbh, rooms were very cold.

During my recent transit stay at Maya Inn in Puno, I was impressed by two key features. the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. Situated just a short 8-minute walk from the Bus Station, it provided easy access for those passing through the city. being only 49 km away from the nearest airport, it was an ideal choice for those looking for a quick stopover during their journey.
While Maya Inn offered great convenience, I did find one minor drawback during my stay. Due to its hidden side street location, finding the hotel initially proved to be a bit confusing, especially as I arrived from the bus terminal in Puno.

The room was spacious and had a cozy bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and towels.

The beds were super comfy, so we had the best sleep after exploring Puno and checking out the Estadio Enrique Torres Belon. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the Bahia de los Incas Boardwalk. The staff were so cool and friendly, making us feel at home. And the best part? The hot water in the shower was a lifesaver after a long day of adventures!
The only thing we wish was better for young party-goers like us is if they had a cool rooftop terrace or bar where we could have some fun and chill with our friends. It would have been awesome to have a cool hangout spot right at the hotel.

the staff at the hostel was incredibly helpful and informative, providing us with a map and arranging our tour to Titicaca Lake. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a kingsize bed and warm shower. The location was great, being in between the city center and the lake port.
Wifi was unreliable at times.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the bus station, making it easy for us to catch our rides. Additionally, it is also near the port where we could easily embark on our boat trips to the stunning Titicaca Islands. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a hot shower and comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff was impeccable and they went out of their way to assist us in organizing our trips and even arranged an early ride to the airport.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was quite basic and the coffee/tea was served lukewarm to cold.

Maya Inn was a great choice for our stay in Puno. The owner went above and beyond to help us with organizing our trips to the islands and even arranged an early ride to the airport. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including hot water for a nice shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and the center. We were even able to check in at 6 in the morning after a long bus ride. Amazing!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊

The room was ginormous and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were absolute gems - so helpful and friendly. They sorted out a shared airport transfer for me, which was crazy cheap. The place was super peaceful and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was an absolute angel. The room was a steal for the price - seriously mind-blowing value. The location was perfect - close to the boat port for the island trips and the city center. They even let us leave our luggage while we went island-hopping. The breakfast started at 6 am, which was a lifesaver. They even did our laundry for us. Plus, it's really close to the bus station if you need a pit stop between rides. my stay was beyond amazing - no pets, no smoking, and plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities. And did I mention the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV? Unbelievable.

The hotel was conveniently located between the main plaza and the port, making it easy to explore both areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi calls and laundry needs. there was a market nearby, which was convenient for picking up any necessary supplies.
The breakfast provided was very basic and the coffee/tea were often served lukewarm or cold. The lack of curtains in the room was a drawback, as it affected privacy and made it difficult to control the amount of sunlight entering the room.

Maya Inn
As a frequent traveler, I often look for convenience during my transit stays. Maya Inn, located just 8-minutes away from the Bus Station, proved to be the perfect choice. The proximity to the station saved me valuable time and made my journey hassle-free. the fact that the nearest airport is only 49 km away adds to the convenience for those flying in or out of Puno.
While my stay at Maya Inn was generally comfortable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. However, the staff assured me that it was a temporary problem and would be fixed soon.
